Return method and rules

  • Please fully understand that gei Premium Gifts 金禮品 is a commercial trade procurement platform specially provided to the industry, not a website for retail customers, so the seven-day appreciation period of the Consumer Protection Law does not apply.
  • The goods will be inspected in detail before shipment. If there is any defect or the wrong goods are sent, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods for assistance. Please be sure to check after the buyer receives the item.

  • Returns are only accepted by home delivery, and other return methods cannot be used.

  • Each product is slightly different. This purchase is not defined as a defective part. Whether it is a defective product will be based on the judgment of the company. Those who pay attention to the exquisiteness of the product should think twice before purchasing.

  • Only provide "defective, wrong product return" , no exchange service.

Defective Return Process Instructions

  • If it meets the condition of defective products, before sending any returned defective products back, please contact the customer service staff to confirm and then send it, otherwise it will not be accepted.
  • Process: LINE contact customer service → upload pictures (explain the situation) → review → reply to the processing method.
  • After the defective product is confirmed by the customer service, due to the factors of large inventory flow, if the product is out of stock, the default processing method is to refund the gift card of equivalent value to your registered account, which can be reserved for the next order to be credited, and the product will not be reissued , cannot be exchanged for cash, please understand.
  • The returned goods must be in the complete package when received, with no trace of use, no water, and keep the goods as they are. If the returned goods cannot be returned to their original state, the right to return will be affected. Please note that we refuse to accept freight collect.

Instructions for Returning the Wrong Product

  • If the product is sent by mistake , it will re-send the product to you. If the product is out of stock in advance, the default processing method is to refund the gift card of equal value to your registered account, which can be reserved as a credit for the next order, and the product will not be reissued. Please understand that it cannot be exchanged for cash. We will absorb the logistics processing fee by ourselves. After receiving the returned goods, we will immediately refund the equivalent gift card to your registered account. If the returned product cannot be returned to its original state, the right to return will be affected.

The following cases are not included in the scope of return

  • Please refer to "Commodity Features Description". Due to the differences in light, angle, display color deviation, personal perception of color and other aspects during shooting, the color will be different, which is beyond the controllable range! Therefore, the color difference is not a quality problem, please consider the actual product as the standard, please understand the problems that may arise. If you can't accept any color difference at all, please consider carefully!
  • Products that are more than 7 days after the arrival of the product is signed. (From the date of receipt by me (including administrators/family members, etc.)
  • Due to factors such as design, material, and manufacturing, the unavoidable lines and dots produced by the product are not included in the return specification.
  • Products that have been used, modified, washed, cleaned, and products whose packaging (bags, boxes, etc.) are lost or damaged.
  • Products with residual odor, stains, defects, etc. after use.

No exchange service

  • Because the wholesale price and profit are relatively low, the international shipping fee is often much higher than the profit of the commodity, so there is no exchange, except for major defects that cannot be repaired and dealt with by yourself, the rest do not accept the request for return, exchange and cancellation of refunds.

About out of stock

    • At the same time, it is sold in other overseas countries and Taiwan. Depending on the order in which the order is placed, the hot-selling products may be sold out or still in production to be replenished.
    • In case of out of stock, customer service will notify you as soon as possible. If you are willing to wait, the order will be sent together, but if you do not want to wait, the gift card of equal value will be returned to your member account by default.
